Year 6 met Sharna Jackson, a famous children's book author at Plaistow Library. She spoke to them about how she became an author, played a mystery game which everyone loved and explained how she used her ideas to create mystery stories which engages and entertains children and adults. Everyone returned to school feeling inspired by Sharna Jackson's story-telling skills. Meeting Sharna, will hopefully ignite the writing passion within our year 6 children who hopefully go on to become famous authors themselves as our school vision for writing is about making our pupils into authors!
