On Wednesday, year 5 and 6 took part in workshops led by a visitor from Brass Bands England. Each group learnt 3 new songs in just an hour, resulting in a mini concert for the year 4 children. The favourites were 'I Feel Good' by James Brown and 'We Will Rock You' by Queen. The children worked exceptionally hard and showed New City at its best! Year 4 are now very excited to take on learning a brass instrument next year!
