Mental Health Week

This week New City celebrated Mental Health Awareness Week! Organised by the Mental Health Foundation, this year's theme is to help increase awareness and understanding of anxiety and think about the things we can do to help us feel calmer and happier. Research has found one simple way to reduce anxiety is through kindness. Did you know that kindness causes elevated levels of dopamine in the brain, helping us feel happier? How could you spread more kindness this month?
