The world is a beautiful place and it is home to lots of amazing plants and animals. At New City we are all global citizens and a global citizen tries to make the world a better place for the people, animals and plants that live in it. We cannot do everything, but if we all do a little something, the world will be a better place:

This year, our eco-warriors have been planting bulbs and seeds to try to encourage more animals to New City. Other classes have also been planting and making insect homes to encourage wildlife. We encouraged our children to choose a UK animal or plant and do a picture and a fact-file, or acrostic poem, about their chosen animal or plant.
